Treadmetrix single belt treadmills provide the most complete range of specifications in an instrumented treadmill system. The available range of speeds, acceleration, grades, measurement area and measurement accuracy are the best available. We have three types of designs available: Non-Incline; Rear-Pivot Incline; and Center Pivot Incline
Key Features
- The acceleration/deceleration rates are the highest available in ANY treadmill system (> 35 m/s^2); allowing for complete flexibility
- Grades range of -30% to +30 % (Custom units up to 38%)
- Treadmill utilizes a unique, modular design. A light, stiff honeycomb frame is supported by four AMTI sensing elements and amplifiers. Accurate measurements of vertical force (Fz) and shear forces (Fx/Fy) are a result, since the entire treadmill system (motor included) is supported by the sensing elements.
- Vertical distance between sensing elements and the surface of the treadmill is minimized, improving accuracy of Center or Pressure (COP)
- The treadmill’s advanced servo motor system ensures that the treadmill speed remains constant and mechanical noise is kept to a minimum, resulting in excellent signal to noise ratios.
- Force Platform corners are visible at all times to optical motion tracking systems, ensuring perfect alignment between motion and force coordinate systems.
- Handrail configurations allow excellent line of site for 2D or 3D video analyses. Custom handrail configurations available.
